Questions
No. A booking is an agreement between the venue, the agency and the act. RosterUp is the record of what was agreed and the tool that gets the parties there. Agreements stay between the parties, and any document you want attached to a booking is attached for reference.
No. RosterUp is sold as subscriptions and modules. What an act is paid is what the parties agreed, and no percentage of it comes here.
You do, and you decide who else. Availability is set per connection: an agency you work with can see the detail you share, and a venue can be shown only that a date is taken. An organization you are not connected to sees nothing.
Yes. An agency can set up an act before the performer has an account, so a roster is usable on day one. The performer claims the act later through an invitation, which makes them its owner — the profile, the calendar and the availability come with it.
Yes. The same product runs on iPhone, Android and the web, on one login that covers every venue, agency and act you work with. Tonight's booking — address, call time, contact, load-in, parking and pay — is readable on the device with no signal.
